The Evolution of the SIT System
The Evolution of the SIT System
The Avilla Consulting started your activities in 2003, acting tightly segment industrial. In this epoch the company had follow-up of sectors and teams of work manual form, and the results were viewed for the manegemnt team at the next day.

With the vieweds of results at the next day entailed a loss in agility making decisions and for the consequency, existed a delay at effectiveness solutions of intercurrence in process productivit.

The Evolution of the SIT System

Thus in 2015, the Avilla Consulting developed the follow of the sectors and teams of work hour in hour of and brought earnings in fast decisions and possibility of manegement of the customers in solution the process failures at the process at the moment that ocurrus.

In 2016, Avilla started its activities in the Agribusiness segment and realized that in this sector there was a need for individual monitoring of the activities carried out, because this the company decided to invest in the own software to control the activities, however, it faced a great challenge ahead, to take all the knowledge, mathematical formulas, reports and all the tools to a robust and reliable system, it was there that Avilla invested heavily in technology and created the software ADDI in which it was able to individually measure resources, machines and equipment in real time.

We decided to dismember the system by modules, which facilitated the development. Initially we started with manual productions, then the online pointing system was developed and after the automatic production module.

Another point recognized by customers is the monitoring screen, a feature capable of presenting the performance of each employee in a ranking form on a television, being able to visualize the productivity, efficiency, quality and quantity produced in real time.

The Evolution of the SIT System

At the end of 2016, we had software that was able to measure individually and in real time the employees of the companies, which directly contributed to the final result that Avilla Consulting gove to its customers, since problems were quickly visualized and treated with agility, this made us stand out for the ability to visualize the entire client process, which until that moment was one of the great challenges of agribusiness, knowing how much each employee handed of results. During this period, Avilla's software was called ADDI - (Individual Performance Monitoring), and it had the imputs of the information individually, online and through the reading of bar codes.

In 2019 at Fruit Logística in Germany, the largest fruit fair in the world, the software received more updates, that's when biometrics entered the scene as part of accessing the software and integrating with the point registration; Real-time quality; Employee ranking, offline reading and the Management View.

In 2020, the following year at the same Fruit Logística Fair, we launched the SIT software (Integrated Technology System), an enhanced version of ADDI X3. Since then, the system has been integrated with different technologies, such as the Raspberry device (small computer board), SIT Remote (Offline Software for Windows), SIT Mobile (Android technology) and the possibility of integrating information to different softwares ERPs.

We have a support team that provides assistance to customers and managers in their queries and eventual needs. We update the software constantly and free of charge to all customers.

Our system is constantly evolving and we aim to make it more robust, agile and practical every year. For the year 2021, our challenge is to develop the online movement to communicate directly with customers' machinery. Example: the washing machine for fruits, assembling boxes, automated palletizing, among others.

For the field (plantation) we are improving our Mobile system, which will bring graphics and visual indicators at the time of launches in the palm of the hand of the customer management. Another challenge is the use of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology that we are developing for use in the field, especially in the harvest, in addition to georeferencing work by drones.

Our slogan is “We are driven by Results” so our software is constantly developed looking for new technologies and the ability to operate in the most different segments, from fruits to vegetables, from vegetables to industry.
